Project outline (max. 3,000 characters) | Project: Practice platform for business models of energy cooperatives The aim of the platform is to share the experiential knowledge of cooperatives: Innovations, new business models or the further development of business models up-to-date and at a glance. In addition, there are, for example, specialist articles on future topics (e.g. storage solutions). For the presentation of the practical examples, a recurring format is useful (e.g. business field, project, goals, situation, planning and realization, project details, material, contact / contact person for questions, possibly photos. The Netzwerk Energiewende Jetzt e.V. has made the experience that the willingness of cooperatives to exchange know-how is high. However, most actors do not provide information themselves, mainly because of a lack of time resources.
The project in detail Duration: October 2015 until the end of 2016, after which the Energiewende Jetzt network will take over the ongoing maintenance and expansion on its own. Realization on the web portal www.energieiegenossenschaften-gruenden in a supplemented menu structure (e.g. business models with substructure) - possibly in a separate URL.
Project phases 1st research (October 2015 to January 2016): Web research and telephone research at regional cooperative networks, testing associations, federal office for energy cooperatives, energy agencies, trade associations, companies, universities, etc. The Network Energiewende Jetzt has good contacts here. 2. technical preparation (from mid-January 2016) expansion of the menu items, creation of a uniform project mask. 3. bundling: (ongoing from February 2016) creation, textual processing and posting on the web portal. Roll-out mid to end of March 2016 4. communication (mid to end of March 2016, when enough examples are online): Information of the cooperative stakeholders via press, newsletter Energiewende Jetzt, social media, the regional networks, Bündnis Bürgerenergie, cooperative associations, etc. 5.
