The kompass:grün Consulting GmbH berät gemeinwohlorientierte und öffentliche Akteure in verschiedenen Nachhaltigkeitsfeldern – insbesondere Gebäude, Energieversorgung und Mobilität. Wir entwickeln Klimastrategien, begleiten die Umsetzung konkreter Energiewende-Maßnahmen und erarbeiten individuelle Handlungsansätze. Unser Ziel: unsere Auftraggeber zu befähigen, langfristig ökologisch-nachhaltig zu agieren. Your work has these professional emphases:
Projekt- und Kundenakquise: Identifikation neuer Projekte, Sichtung von Ausschreibungen, Angebotserstellung, Führen von Akquise-Gesprächen
Networking: Aufbau und Betreuung Vertriebs-relevanter Kontakte
Vertriebsstrategie & Monitoring: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SMART-Zielen, Analyse und Optimierung von Vertriebsaktivitäten
Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du mit deinen Kompetenzen die Bearbeitung von Beratungs-Projekten im Bereich der Energiewende, z.B.:
Beratungsprojekte: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Klimastrategien sowie Umsetzungsplänen konkreter Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen
Projektmanagement: Koordination, Schnittstellenkommunikation und fachlicher Austausch mit Auftraggebern und Dienstleistern
You should have these qualifications:
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit vertriebsbezogenem Schwerpunkt – idealerweise im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Energie oder Umwelt
Erste Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im vertriebsnahen Umfeld
Kommunikationsstärke, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und hohe Sorgfalt im Datenmanagement

Monatsgehalt (bei 39 h/Woche): 4.100 € bis 4.900 €, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung

We are looking for an organizational talent with a desire to work responsibly and independently with us on the energy transition.
Grüner Strom Label e.V. certifies green energy products. The association awards two seals of approval for this purpose: the Green Electricity Label for green electricity with added value and the Green Gas Label for environmentally friendly biogas. The association is backed by non-profit environmental and consumer associations as well as peace organizations, including NABU, BUND and the German Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union. In 2024, a subsidiary was also founded to advise non-profit organizations on the planning and implementation of climate protection measures.

In the area of management assistance, you will support us in administrative, operational and project-related activities. The position offers you a comprehensive insight into the work of an NGO in the exciting environment of the energy transition.
Your duties and key activities include:
- Support with administrative tasks in the office
- Sustainable procurement of office supplies and maintenance of inventory lists
- Conducting research and preparing presentations
- Organization of events and video conferences
- Contact person for service providers, coordination of appointments etc.
- Depending on qualification/interest, IT support if necessary
What you bring with you:
- Organizational talent with good time management
- Professional and friendly communication with internal and external contacts
- A routine handling of MS 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Careful and independent way of working
- Status as enrolled student and at least three semesters of study experience.
- 8-12 h/week time to support us
