The cherry blossoms have been blooming since the warm April days, and not only in Bonn, and renewable energies covered a full 55.5 percent of German electricity consumption over the sunny Easter holidays. However, the expansion of renewable energies must continue to be pursued consistently. Each and every one of us can make a contribution to this: switching to certified green electricity not only promotes the expansion of renewable energies, but also helps to avert dramatic climate consequences, as predicted by the new IPCC report.
